Breakfast (for those guests who wish to benefit from our Bed & Breakfast service) is served at the poolside Pergola (weather permitting) to allow our guests to enjoy the sunshine and the view. During cooler seasons we serve your breakfast in your own dining room.

We provide a continental breakfast, honey and homemade jams, eggs from the nearby farm, yoghurt and cereals. A lovely day in the countryside starts with a good breakfast.

We normally serve breakfast between 8:30 and 10:30 but we’ll do our best to accommodate early departing guests where possible.

In the long tradition of Table d’hôtes we take pleasure in inviting guests to our own dining table and offering a set menu which changes on every occasion and includes a bottle of wine. During the spring & summer months we have dinner at the Terrace by the pool. In cooler weather you can relax in our spacious fireside dining room. After a day sightseeing wouldn’t it be lovely not to leave your “home” for your evening meal?

The Limousin region is famous for its beef and lamb and the pork and duck (from local farms) are just as mouth-watering. We will offer alternative vegetarian dishes where required and we will prepare towards any food allergies you may have.

We request that you give us a forewarning of 24 hours when you will be requiring dinner. Dinner is served usually twice a week for our standard menu and once a week for our gourmet menu around 8:30-9:00. We'll do our best to cater to additional nights, should you require them, where possible.

When not dining with us, we will be happy to recommend local restaurants and make reservations if you wish.

Like most of France the Limousin has its fair share of superb restaurants and auberges. We are lucky to have an excellent Ferme Auberge in the village, 5 minutes by car, a “must” for a real culinary experience.

Snacks & light lunches, such as salads, cheeses and cold cuts can be arranged at prior notice.
